PintFinder is a discovery platform designed to help users find pubs, bars, and venues, and to support venues through listings and promotions. PintFinder does not own, operate, or manage any venues listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

PintFinder may be used by anyone.

However, Pub Pass features, rewards, and alcohol-related offers are strictly available to users aged 18 or over. By using Pub Pass features, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use PintFinder lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Misuse the platform or attempt to interfere with its operation
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use PintFinder for any unlawful or harmful activity

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if misuse occurs.

4. Venue Listings & Accuracy

Venue information is provided by venues or third parties. While we aim to keep listings accurate and up to date, PintFinder does not guarantee:

  • Availability of drinks, offers, or rewards
  • Opening times or venue details

Users should always check directly with the venue before visiting.

5. Venue Subscriptions

Venues may subscribe to paid listing tiers with varying features and visibility.

  • Subscription details are provided at the time of purchase
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • PintFinder may update features or pricing with reasonable notice

6. Rewards, Offers & Pub Pass

Pub Pass rewards, promotions, and loyalty features:

  • Are available only to users aged 18 or over
  • Are subject to availability and venue discretion
  • May be changed or withdrawn at any time

PintFinder is not responsible if a venue cannot honour an offer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design on PintFinder are owned by or licensed to PintFinder and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PintFinder is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

  • Use of the platform
  • Venue experiences or third-party services

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Privacy

Use of PintFinder is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of PintFinder means you accept any changes.
